Encounters

In this quiet series of hand-cut collages, each piece captures the suspended breath just before the embrace—the fragile, electric seconds when two beings hover at the edge of contact, neither yet committed, both already changed by the nearness. Reptiles and insects, meticulously excised from vintage books, lean toward one another across invisible thresholds: where the space between bodies feels thicker than touch itself, luminous with the promise of collision yet still cradling the solitude that makes the leap meaningful.
